What BK Prepare does
Filing Chapter 7 means a 70+ page packet of dense federal forms. BK Prepare turns that into a guided interview, auto-fills every PDF, and tells you when your situation is too complex to go it alone.
Plain-language questions, auto-save, resume on any device. Conditional logic hides what doesn't apply to you.
Voluntary Petition, Schedules A–J, SOFA, the Means Test, Statement of Intention — over 2,400 fields handled correctly.
11 situations (prior bankruptcy, business interests, tax debt, lawsuits, garnishment…) surface a clear "see an attorney" warning.
Multi-case dashboard, secure client-review links (/review/<token>), and an attorney-mode interview for white-glove cases.
Find out whether you qualify for Chapter 7 before you pay anything. The Means Test stays free, even at full launch.

FAQ
No. BK Prepare is a self-help tool. We help you understand what each form asks and fill it in — we're not a law firm and can't represent you in court. For situations our complexity flags surface, we'll recommend you talk to an attorney.
For straightforward cases, many people file Chapter 7 pro se (without an attorney). If your case hits any of our 11 complexity flags — prior bankruptcy, business interests, lawsuits, etc. — we'll tell you, and you should strongly consider hiring one.
We're heads-down on Phase 1 now. Closed beta invites will go out to waitlist members first, then we'll open public beta (free for everyone). Join the list and you'll be the first to know.
